Taekwon-do ITF National Championship @ PENANG 2009

13th of December 2009
was a day to remember for selangor, as we achieve a pretty good result to the place of 4th among all the state competing,

i was honor to achieve the Male Overall for the year 2009 and also our Self defence routine was the champion and this is the first event in Malaysia ITF Taekwondo.

We almost got a silver for Team Pattern, but not to worry, the gold is our in 2010!
